What is Load Manager EDI?
Load Manager EDI is a logistics-focused service for planning and onboarding electronic data exchange between trading partners and existing business systems.
Does it require Load Manager TMS?
No. Load Manager TMS is one supported option, but other TMS, ERP, accounting, shipper, carrier, and custom systems can be evaluated during onboarding.
Can it work with my current TMS or ERP?
Load Manager EDI is designed to work with a range of systems. Compatibility, mapping scope, and connection method are confirmed after requirements review.
Which EDI documents are supported?
Primary documents include EDI 204, 214, 212, 210, 211, 820, 990, 997, and 810. Partner-specific mapping, testing, and certification are still required.
How does pricing work?
The standard plan starts with a $500 initial payment and includes the first 5,000 production transactions, standard setup for the first trading partner, and a 7-day unconditional refund. Hosting is $99 per month, and additional accepted production documents are $0.10 each through automatic transaction refills.
How does the 7-day unconditional refund work?
Request a full refund for any reason within seven calendar days after the initial payment through the contact form, by emailing support@loadmanager.com, or by calling (631) 724-9400 and asking for the EDI team. No explanation is required, and transaction activity during the seven-day period does not reduce the refund. The account and remaining credits close when the refund is issued.
